The other video gives you the lowdown on the new character, Daegon - Taven's younger bother - including his background story and his biggest special moves.
Lookout for CVG's hands-on preview of the Wii version later today.
Not to put a dampener on things but back forward, up down and half circles don't exactly sound like producing the most complicated of moves. After all, the wii is capable of full motion control so why not turning (like a door handle) or twisting (like a screw driver) as well?
It all looks well but how will it play? Remember Red Steel?
They shouldn't have changed the names of those two brothers - dug and bob would have been oh so much better.
Also, Sould calibur is easily the best. The controls are responsive and easy to get into, yet it still takes a while to master. And changeable weapons and missions? I can think of nothing to make it better.
Well, obvioulsy it would have been better if it had someone like Link in it, but you can't get everything.... OR CAN YOU???
Sorry, Virtua Fighter 2, 4 and 5 kick the ass of any iteration of any other fighting game series
As much as I think VF is better than most... especially the button mashers that are Tekken and Soul Calibur, the vast majority of competitive fighters will tell you the 2Ds are the daddy... especially 3rd Strike. SF FTW!!!
