Bad Company has been built from scratch with DICE's brand new Frostbite engine, which not only significantly ups the stakes graphically and where the game's physics are concerned, but also finally allows Battlefield to offer a single-player Campaign every bit as free, involving, impressive and satisfying as the infamous multiplayer always has been.
The greatest use of the engine's power is evident in Bad Company's destructible environments.
If it's even close to the Amazing gameplay of Battlefield2 on the pc then it will be a winner!
agreed, bf2 was awesome..i wasnt so keen on 2142 (however the improved engine was good). the only problem i have with the BF games is the game engine..i wish they wud release BF using the Unreal engine. its so forgiving to pc's while throwing out top rate gfx.
Well I have the 360 exclusive beta downloaded and ready for use, but unfortunately the servers dont unlock until the 25th.

granted this looks really promising, but being EA im not expecting it to be any good. this way it saves me being disappointed. yet if it turns out sweet then i'll be nice and pleased
